Job summary

Samsung Research America is seeking a Sr. Technical Sourcer to work with engineering teams and build a robust candidate pipeline across Robotics, AI/ML, CV, and related domains.

You will source, screen passive talent, and advise recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities include developing multi-channel search strategies, expanding the candidate network, presenting market insights, and ensuring diverse, high-quality hires in a fast-paced, office-based setting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization.
• Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles, engaging with niche talent.
• Experience in technology leadership sourcing (Director+ level) in AI, ML, CV, Robotics.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multi-channel approaches.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates with market insights.
• Present market data and sourcing plans to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand requirements and set expectations.

• Track metrics like conversion from passive candidates to hires.
