Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in an Advanced Technology organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles; niche talent.
• Experience in technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level roles.
• Experience finding candidates via social networks (LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub).
• Ability to analyze data and present market sourcing insights.
• Expertise in X-Ray searches of research publication sites and conferences.
• Experience sourcing AI/ML Research and Leadership/Executive roles in Consumer Electronics/Software Tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multi-channel search techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network with a research-oriented industry understanding.
• Collaborate with recruiters and Hiring Managers to source and qualify target candidates.
• Promote employer branding to attract top talent.
• Track and measure conversion rates from passive candidates to hires.
• Demonstrate diversity awareness in sourcing efforts.
• Maintain market intelligence and align with hiring managers on position requirements.
