Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization.
• Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles and engaging with niche talent from unique sources.
• Experience working on technology leadership sourcing (AI, GenAI, ML, CV, Robotics) for Director+ level positions.
• History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Slack, Github).
• Ability to analyze data, understand and present market data for sourcing strategies and calibration.
• Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
• Self-motivated with ability to thrive in team-based or independent environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Demonstrated tenacity and ability to push through challenges.
• Excellent storytelling to convey company value to job seekers.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple open roles.
