FocusKPI is seeking a Sr. Technical Sourcer - Executive/Research for an onsite 3-month contract in Mountain View, CA. You will source and screen candidates, partnering with recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the process to build a strong pipeline across AI/ML leadership roles.

The role demands expertise in sourcing for research scientists, engineers and Directors+, with a focus on AI/GenAI, ML, CV, robotics and related areas. Strong networking and data-driven strategies are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in an Advanced Technology organization.
• Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles.
• Experience in technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level positions.
• Experience finding candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Slack, GitHub).
• Ability to analyze data and present market data for sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multi-channel techniques.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates with market presence.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to source, qualify, and set expectations.
• Promote employer branding using advertising techniques to attract top talent.
• Measure conversion rates of passive candidates to interviews and offers.
