Job summary

FocusKPI, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Sourcer - Executive/Research to support a high-tech SaaS client, focusing on AI/ML research and leadership hiring across robotics, CV, ML, and data science roles.

You will develop proactive sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and partner with recruiters and Hiring Managers to build a strong pipeline for executive and senior tech roles in consumer electronics and software technology.

Qualifications

5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization.
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent.
Experience sourcing for research scientist and engineer roles, and engaging with niche talent from unique sources.
Experience in technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level positions in AI, GenAI, ML, CV, Robotics.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates and consult with recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.
Develop impactful, proactive sourcing strategies incorporating multi-channel search techniques.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates with a deep, research-oriented industry understanding.
Promote employer brand and utilize advertising techniques to attract top talent.
Measure conversion rates from passive candidates to applicants, interviews, offers, and hires.
Demonstrate diversity awareness and use sources that reach diverse populations.
