Qualifications

• Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• Up to two years of hands-on experience via co-ops, internships, graduate projects, or early-career roles.
• Exposure to relational databases, SQL, Java, XML, APIs, web services, ERP platforms, cloud environments, or enterprise application support.
• Foundational understanding of Linux/Unix, scripting, HTTP/web services, networking concepts, debugging techniques, or application troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex client technical issues during pre- and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot data-driven applications, relational databases, XML sources, APIs, web services, and enterprise environments with guidance.
• Build relationships with internal teams and customers while strengthening technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to shared support systems, documentation, and knowledge base with solutions and lessons learned.
