Responsibilities

• Support analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex client issues.
• Serve as a customer-facing technical resource during pre- and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot across data-driven applications, relational databases, XML sources, APIs, web services, and enterprise environments.
• Build working relationships with internal teams and external customers; contribute to knowledge base.
• Stay current on Vertex products and participate in training and on-call rotation.
