GET NA leads the technical authority for Field Service Engineers, resolving escalated issues, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and building team capability through training, coaching, and knowledge-base content.

The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance; active clearance is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Proof of U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Up to 50% travel for national coverage or training.
• 2–4 years mechatronics experience in a technical environment (5+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical devices and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first technical escalation point for Field Service Engineers.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and training to improve knowledge of GET NA systems.
• Develop service bulletins, knowledge base articles and work instructions.
• Lead root-cause analyses of complex malfunctions across hardware, software and processes.
