Job summary

GETNA Service Technicians provide field service support on complex electro-mechanical systems in more than 26 national locations. They install, maintain, and support equipment while meeting SLA requirements and delivering high-level customer service.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Department of State security clearance. Up to 50% travel for coverage and training, with opportunities for professional development within our service team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a support role (2+ years preferred).
• 2-4 years Mechatronics experience in a firsthand technical environment (5+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with electro-mechanical devices and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and to disassemble/reassemble complex mechanical devices.
• Proficient with MS Office; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support equipment maintenance per SLA requirements.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and document actions.
• Maintain exact on-site service inventory at Hot Springs, AR facilities.
• Assist operators to troubleshoot issues and provide actionable steps to resolve problems.
• Maximize equipment use by training users and interpreting instructions.
• Contributes ideas to improve operating instructions in a Work Group setting.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
• Other assignments as requested by Management.
