Job summary

Phoenix Defense, LLC. is seeking a Senior Field Services Representative to lead a field team and support military training systems at US Army sites globally.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in computer system / network engineering, strong IT hardware knowledge, and certifications (Cisco/VMware). You will travel extensively (50–75%) and collaborate with engineering, logistics, and security personnel to deliver reliable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in computer system / network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of servers, routers, switches and cabling.
• Network certifications and virtualization training (Cisco, VMware).
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with MS Office suite.
• Familiar with hand and power tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field team of technicians at US Army sites globally.
• Install and configure hardware, peripherals, cabling, and related infrastructure.
• Maintain CCTV, access control readers, door contacts.
• Troubleshoot field failures and provide final analysis.
• Provide customer training and coordinate with customer, field, and engineering teams.
