Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Technical Services Representative to provide product and application support at customer sites. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with Sales, R&D and Operations, and train customers on color matching and product use.

This field-based role requires travel about half the time and offers benefits, a performance-based incentive, and opportunities to advance within a global coatings leader.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred to have an Associate degree or higher.
• Experience with coatings and field service is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and application support at customer sites in the field.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Train customers on product knowledge and equipment use.
• Coordinate between technical, sales and operations to meet customer needs.
