Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Technical Services Representative to travel regionally, provide product and application support, and troubleshoot customer issues. You will liaise between technical, sales, and operations while helping to meet sales and profitability goals.

The role requires coatings experience, strong communication, and the ability to train customers on color matching equipment. Travel and field service coordination are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year coatings experience.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer product, equipment and service expectations are met.
• Help achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Support multiple functions (Sales, R&D, Operations) to resolve issues.
• Train customers on product knowledge and color matching equipment.
• Coordinate field service with Sherwin-Williams facilities and customers.
