Qualifications

• S. in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years refinery experience in hydroprocessing.
• Knowledge of refining technology, operations, and economics.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Demonstrated ability to present data and recommendations to customer management.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical service for hydroprocessing catalyst technologies and serve as primary technical contact for refinery accounts.
• Conduct site visits for technical reviews and data updates; interpret operating data to monitor catalyst performance.
• Support in-plant catalyst loadings, sulfiding, and unit startups on site, ensuring safety and Grace/customer standards.
• Develop inputs for customer proposals and value propositions in partnership with Sales.
• Provide unit operating data to R&D and translate findings into customer recommendations.
• Manage multiple customer activities remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
