Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ refinery experience in hydroprocessing design and operations.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Card).

Responsibilities

• Act as main technical contact for assigned customers.
• Prepare and lead customer site visits for technical reviews.
• Plan and lead in-plant shutdown and startup assistance.
• Support customers with operating questions and process troubleshooting.
• Provide unit operating data for R&D-related projects.
• Prepare technical estimates and present to customers.
• Work safely in a refinery environment.
