Job summary
Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO leader to own the foundation across a multi-platform web ecosystem, including Optimizely and WordPress. You will translate search strategy into scalable engineering solutions, drive Core Web Vitals, and implement AI-ready structured data and semantic HTML.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Web Engineering to boost organic visibility and revenue.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical SEO or related field with leadership in large-scale sites.
- Hands-on with JS, PHP, HTML, CSS to fix SEO in code/CMS.
- Experience building scalable SEO automation and CI/CD quality gates.
- Familiarity with Optimizely and WordPress CMS environments.
- Knowledge of AI search platforms and emerging standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's web ecosystem.
- Translate SEO requirements into designs, specs, and production work.
- Own crawlability, indexability, redirects, canonicalization, sitemaps.
- Build reusable SEO capabilities and standardized configurations.
- Drive Core Web Vitals and web performance improvements.
- Develop automated tests, dashboards, and monitoring for SEO health.
- Establish technical standards for SEO governance across platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align SEO with business goals.
