Job summary
Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO leader to own the foundation across Optimizely, WordPress, and modern frontends. You will translate search strategy into scalable production solutions and drive architecture decisions that impact organic visibility, pipeline, and revenue.
You will collaborate with Website Engineering, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to implement standardized SEO configurations, automate tasks, and improve Core Web Vitals in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technical SEO or web engineering with leadership across large sites.
- Deep fundamentals: crawlability, indexation, rendering, redirects, structured data.
- Proficient in JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS with hands-on code fixes.
- Experience with Optimizely and WordPress at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical SEO roadmap across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
- Translate SEO needs into designs, production implementations, and maintenance.
- Own crawlability, sitemap, canonicalization, redirects, and site architecture.
- Build reusable SEO capabilities and automation across platforms.
- Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements.
- Develop automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD quality gates.
- Define technical SEO standards and governance across CMS platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to align SEO with business outcomes.
