Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Technical SEO Leader to own the SEO foundation across a complex web ecosystem spanning Optimizely CMS, WordPress, and modern frontend frameworks. You will translate strategy into scalable production solutions and establish engineering standards that keep Zoom ahead in organic search and AI-powered discovery.

You will collaborate with Website Engineering, SEO, Product Marketing, Content, and Localization to deliver fast, accessible experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical SEO initiatives across large-scale sites and enterprise technology environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS in codebase or CMS.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and web performance optimization.
• Ability to build automation, monitoring, and CI/CD quality gates for SEO.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Content, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO requirements into designs, development specs, and production implementations.
• Own technical solutions for crawlability, indexability, and rendering across platforms.
• Build reusable SEO capabilities and automated workflows for sites and apps.
• Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements across the stack.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, dashboards, and CI/CD gates for SEO.
• Establish technical SEO standards and governance across CMS and custom apps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align SEO with business outcomes.
