Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, web engineering, or a related discipline with a track record leading initiatives.
• Deep expertise in crawlability, indexation, rendering, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data.
• Proven ability to improve web performance and Core Web Vitals with engine-level fixes.
• Experience building automation, monitoring, and CI/CD quality gates across CMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI search foundations and familiarity with AI platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom's web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO/AEO requirements into designs and production implementations across CMSs and frontend frameworks.
• Own technical solutions for crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, and URL architecture.
• Build scalable SEO capabilities, including automated sitemap generation and internal-linking systems.
• Drive Core Web Vitals and web performance improvements end-to-end.
• Develop automated testing, dashboards, and validation scripts to prevent production regressions.
• Establish technical standards for SEO across Optimizely, WordPress, and custom apps.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategy into scalable solutions.
