Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on technical SEO leader within the Website Engineering team. You will own the technical SEO foundation across Optimizely, WordPress, and custom apps, driving scalable production solutions that improve organic visibility and revenue.

You will translate search strategy into engineering designs, build automation, and establish standards that scale across multiple sites and platforms, including AI-driven discovery.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical SEO or web engineering.
Proven lead on technical SEO for large sites and enterprise tech.
Hands-on coding in JS, PHP, HTML, CSS.
Experience with Optimizely and WordPress CMS.
Strong knowledge of performance metrics and Core Web Vitals.
Familiarity with AI search platforms and structured data.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical SEO roadmap for global web ecosystem.
Translate SEO requirements into technical designs and implementations.
Own crawlability, indexation, redirects, and URL architecture.
Build reusable SEO capabilities and automation across CMSs.
Drive Core Web Vitals and performance improvements.
Develop automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD gates.
Establish standards for SEO governance across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tie SEO to business outcomes.
