• 8+ years of experience in technical SEO, web engineering, or a related discipline with leadership in large-scale sites.
• Hands-on with crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, and JavaScript-based apps; able to modify code/CMS.
• Proven track record improving Core Web Vitals and performance across enterprise CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical SEO roadmap and execution across Zoom's global web ecosystem.
• Translate SEO/AEO requirements into technical designs and production implementations.
• Own technical solutions for crawlability, indexation, redirects, and URL architecture.
• Build reusable SEO capabilities and automated sitemap/metadata services.
• Drive Core Web Vitals improvements and performance optimizations.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, dashboards, and CI/CD quality gates for SEO.
