Job summary

Force & Motion Group (FMG) seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Nitrogen Gas Products, Special Applications to drive growth of HYSON and KALLER nitrogen gas spring technologies in automation, aerospace, robotics, and industrial equipment.

You will combine technical engineering insight with a proven sales background to identify applications, develop solutions with design teams, and move opportunities from concept to commercialization across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales in engineered industrial products.
• Proven success developing new customers and applications.
• Strong technical aptitude in force, motion, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with nitrogen gas springs or related technologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product or system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for HYSON and KALLER gas springs in new applications.
• Identify and cultivate customers in automation, aerospace, robotics, and industrial machinery.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to define technical requirements.
• Lead opportunities from discovery to qualification, testing, and production launch.
• Build relationships with design engineers, R&D, procurement, and operations leadership.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of new design-in opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence on emerging applications and competitors.
• Represent FMG at meetings, trade shows, and technical forums.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on opportunities and customers.
• Travel as needed to customers and FMG facilities.
