Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the West Region of North America. The role focuses on large air compressors, nitrogen generators, air treatment equipment, and portable electric compressor technologies.

You will develop and execute strategic plans, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value while achieving revenue and margin objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Sales, or related field.
• 7+ years of industrial sales experience.
• 5+ years selling compressed air, gas generation or related equipment.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, energy or infrastructure.
• Proven success growing strategic accounts and revenue.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems and nitrogen applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify opportunities in mining, oil & gas, petrochemical and related sectors.
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting and opportunity management.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with EPCs and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support growth.
