Job summary

Novair USA Corp is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for its domestic Oxygen and Nitrogen generation equipment division. You will drive growth across industrial and medical segments, including semiconductors and analytical labs, by building strategic plans and engaging key stakeholders.

Travel up to 40% is required; a background in capital equipment sales and a tech-oriented mindset will help you succeed in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Increase sales within assigned territory or industry segments (South and South Western US) with limited international responsibility.
• Create territory and strategic plans; identify distributors and reps and work with them to increase sales.
• Call on Engineers, Architects, Procurement, and other decision makers in target markets.
• Drive daily activities to achieve bookings, opportunities and leads; build a robust pipeline.
• Follow up all leads within 24 hours and meet smart goals (AI targeting, service agreements, tradeshow participation).
• Travel up to 40% for sales efforts and tradeshows; collaborate with team.
