Job summary

Precimeter seeks a Senior Technical Sales Manager to lead North America sales, focusing on the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The role combines strategic account development with hands-on field engagement and requires deep technical understanding of industrial solutions.

You will travel extensively, manage key accounts, develop territory plans, and deliver reliable forecasts while collaborating with global teams to translate customer needs into Precimeter solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technical B2B sales.
• Proven experience managing complex technical sales with long cycles.
• Strong track record in industrial markets and customer relationships.
• Engineering or technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans in alignment with Precimeter's global sales strategy.
• Build and manage strategic customer relationships with key accounts and senior decision-makers across the territory.
• Identify and pursue strategic new business opportunities, target accounts, and applications across relevant industrial markets.
• Visit customers regularly and maintain a strong field presence across the territory.
• Understand customer processes and translate them into Precimeter solutions.
• Prepare and manage quotations and commercial proposals, driving opportunities through negotiation to order.
• Own and actively manage the sales pipeline for the assigned territory, providing reliable forecasts.
• Report to the Global Sales Director and work closely with international sales, service, and technical teams.
• Represent Precimeter at relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
