Kinetic Systems, Inc. – A Division of Prior Scientific is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to lead growth for vibration isolation products.

The role combines technical sales with strategic account management across scientific research, microscopy, semiconductor, metrology and related industries. You will develop and execute plans, identify new opportunities, work with engineering to tailor solutions, travel 15–20%, and build long-term relationships with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Science or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of approximately 5 years of technical sales experience; 7+ years for full sales-management responsibility.
• Proven ability to sell engineered or technical products to engineers, scientists, OEMs and industrial customers.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to increase revenue and gross profit for vibration isolation products.
• Identify and develop new customers and applications beyond inbound inquiries.
• Develop relationships with engineering, scientific, purchasing and management personnel within target accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering on technically complex and custom applications.
• Maintain CRM records of opportunities, activity and next actions.
