Job summary

Kinetics Noise Control in Dublin, OH is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering team focused on vibration isolation and acoustics products. You will guide daily technical work, mentor engineers, and ensure project timing and quality across multiple market groups.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication across Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, and a deep understanding of our products and manufacturing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven technical leadership in engineering environments.
• Experience with vibration isolation, acoustics, and mechanical systems is preferred.
• Experience leading project-based engineering teams and mentoring.
• Familiarity with engineering workflows and manufacturing requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and guidance to engineering team members.
• Lead team meetings to review workload, priorities, and lessons learned.
• Conduct one-on-one performance and development discussions.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees on products and workflows.
• Coach team members and drive continuous improvement across processes and tools.
• Escalate and resolve technical questions and complex project challenges.
• Ensure outputs meet quality, documentation, and schedule requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations).
• Oversee offshore resources and align work with capability and training levels.
