Job summary
EAC Product Development Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to support lead generation, qualify inbound leads, and acquire new logo accounts from a remote USA location. You will coordinate product demonstrations, educate clients on value propositions, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue.
The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree required; four-year degree preferred.
- Experience delivering software demos or technical education to clients.
- Experience with PTC Creo and Windchill preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client on-site demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations and mentoring sessions for clients, including remote delivery across locations.
- Maintain technical knowledge of PTC products and EAC services; pursue certifications.
- Collaborate with Sales to shape demonstration scopes and client-focused approaches.
- Mentor peers and share best practices to improve team effectiveness.
- Respond to client requests using established procedures and escalate when needed.
