Job summary

AT&T in Orange Park, Florida seeks aSenior Sales System Engineer 2-Ter to drive design, implementation, and optimization of advanced technical sales solutions. The role involves field customer visits, complex deployments, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product integration.

The position offers a base salary in the range of $85,400–$128,000 plus $26,400 in commissions, with total target compensation between $111,800 and $154,400.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired; 5+ years of sales-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME, providing technical guidance to direct sales teams and customers on design and implementation of complex products and services.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced sales solutions, with process improvements in collaboration with product architects.
• Ensure product integration, troubleshoot issues, and train sales teams and customers.
• Manage deployment projects, align technical solutions with business goals, and lead technical discussions in client meetings.
• Design solutions, support presentations, create prototypes, maintain product knowledge, and document systems and processes.
