Kontakt.io is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting process for engineering roles. You will partner with engineering leaders to define requirements, identify and engage top talent, and manage candidates from outreach through close.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of recruiting experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of full-cycle success in competitive markets.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of recruiting experience, with significant hands-on experience recruiting Software Engineering and technical talent.
- Experience owning full-cycle technical recruiting from intake to close.
- Proven success closing highly sought-after passive engineering candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong partnering with hiring managers and leadership to calibrate on talent and influence decisions.
- Proactive identification and engagement of top engineering candidates using targeted sourcing channels.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Engineering roles, from intake to close.
- Partner with managers to define role requirements and establish what exceptional talent looks like.
- Identify and screen high-quality passive candidates and guide them through the interview process.
- Calibrate on the technical bar and drive timely hiring decisions with interviewers.
