Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in Austin, TX on a hybrid basis. The role requires going into the office once a week and paying on a W-2 basis at $45–$50 per hour.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in full lifecycle recruiting and at least 3 years recruiting technically focused roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, leverage market insights, source via diverse channels, screen candidates, guide through interviews, and manage offers while building a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Recruiter.
• 3+ years of experience working on technical positions.
• Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
• Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Director level.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
• Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Client's requirements, culture, and values.
• Guide the manager and candidate through interview phases for a robust assessment and engaging experience.
• Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
