Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups or high-performance tech environments.
- Significant experience recruiting software engineers and other technical profiles.
- Ability to translate ambiguous hiring needs into candidate profiles and search strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across Software Eng, Product, Infrastructure, AI, and other technical areas.
- Develop targeted search strategies and market maps for competitive talent pools.
- Turn raw hiring needs into clear role definitions, candidate profiles, and assessment plans.
