Job summary

Adyen seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive growth for North American teams from our San Francisco office. You will partner with engineering, product, design and data hiring leaders to define needs, source top talent, and manage end-to-end interview processes.

You will leverage analytics to inform recruiting strategies, build strong candidate relationships, and ensure an inclusive, candidate-focused experience. This role favors an office-first culture with in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment and full-cycle hiring.
• Fintech/payments industry knowledge is a plus and highly valued by local SF market.
• Ability to use analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve outcomes.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization—intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product teams.
• Proactively engage top talent through creative sourcing, build strong candidate relationships, and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing, while maintaining an inclusive hiring process.
• Work with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team to share knowledge.
