Job summary

Adyen, a leading payments and fintech platform, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for our North American Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product, Design and Data roles, partnering with stakeholders to create effective sourcing strategies and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data roles preferred.
Fintech/payments experience and SF market knowledge is valued.

Responsibilities

Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization—from intake meetings and sourcing to interviewing, debriefs and offer negotiation.
Collaborate with teams to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product teams.
Proactively spot top talent through creative sourcing and cultivate candidate relationships for a positive hiring experience.
Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing and promote inclusive hiring.
Partner with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support onboarding of new hires.
Collaborate with recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.
