Adyen, a leading fintech in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Recruitment Manager to guide a team of senior tech recruiters and shape our global tech talent strategy. This role partners with the CTO and Product leaders to deliver high-quality hires at scale.

Based in San Francisco, you will drive data-driven recruitment initiatives, improve processes, and champion diversity and inclusion while aligning with Adyen's values.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global organization.
• 6+ years leading teams and handling escalations.
• Extensive full cycle recruitment with focus on passive candidates in tech.
• Proven experience leading global recruiting projects and change management.
• Experience creating and driving tech recruiting strategies.
• Trusted advisor who builds relationships in evolving environments.
• Hands-on yet collaborative with a drive for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior recruiters.
• Partner with top leaders across Tech and Product to drive a global talent strategy.
• Lead global recruiting projects on data usage, DEI, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Use data insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ensure hiring quality aligned with Adyen's values and culture.
