Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team and drive growth for our North American operations, specifically in our San Francisco office. You will own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data, partnering with hiring teams to attract top talent and build scalable recruiting processes.

You will bring 7+ years of technical recruitment experience, deep knowledge of the tech landscape, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Technical Recruitment
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and Data roles preferred
• Able to use analytics to inform strategy and decisions

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with teams to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product
• Proactively source and engage top talent with creative methods and provide a positive candidate experience
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and promote inclusive hiring
• Work with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support onboarding
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition recruiters to share knowledge and best practices
