Job summary

Adyen in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to drive growth of our North American teams. You will collaborate with hiring teams to attract, assess, and hire top tech talent across Engineering, Product, Design and Data.

This role is office-based, emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, data-driven decision making, diversity and inclusive hiring, and close partnership with a global Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Design and/or Data roles.
• Fintech/payments experience and knowledge of the local Chicago market is appreciated.
• Ability to use analytics to inform hiring strategies.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
• Nurture a passive talent pool.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product.
• Proactively spot and engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques, and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Stay current with industry trends to enhance sourcing strategies and foster inclusive hiring.
• Work with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support onboarding of new hires.
• Multiply your experience by collaborating with Recruiters in the global Talent Acquisition team.
