Adyen in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead a team of senior tech recruiters and shape the global technology talent strategy. You will partner with the CTO and product leadership to drive quality hires and efficient processes.

The role requires 12+ years in recruitment, 6+ years leading teams, and a proven track record in tech recruiting. This office-first role expects in-person collaboration at least 3 days a week with equity and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, global matrixed organization.
• 6+ years of leading teams and managing escalations.
• Extensive full-cycle recruitment with a focus on passive candidate attraction in tech.
• Experience leading global recruiting projects and driving change.
• Proven ability to create and drive tech recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of senior recruiters.
• Partner with tech and product leaders to drive a global talent strategy.
• Lead global recruiting projects on data usage, DEI, rewards, and candidate experience.
• Use data insights to identify trends and improve processes.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
