Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization from intake to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define needs and develop recruiting strategies for Tech and Product roles.
• Proactively source top talent and nurture candidate relationships for a positive hiring experience.
• Leverage analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve outcomes; support onboarding.
