You’ll build recruiting processes, improve interview workflows, and actively engage passive candidates to drive growth. This role reports to the recruiting team and requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years hiring for software engineering, ML, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience at growing startups / high-growth environments.
• Track record of outbound candidate generation in AI/ML markets.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing to close.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to understand hiring needs and profiles.
• Develop interview processes, sourcing strategies, and recruiting resources.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through outreach and referrals.
• Guide candidates through a clear, engaging hiring experience.
• Maintain pipelines using funnel metrics and hiring pace for stakeholders.
