August Robotics seeks its first US-focused Recruiter to lead the expansion of our Go-To-Market and operations teams. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for 10–20 critical hires, shaping our US hiring culture and strategy while operating in a fully remote capacity.

You will source, assess, and close top talent across marketing, sales, and operations, building a robust pipeline to scale our autonomous floor-marking and drilling robots used on construction sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing US market.
• Ability to design and optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for US marketing, sales, and operations roles.
• Partner with People team and hiring managers to design and iterate on recruitment processes and tools.
• Proactively source and engage high-caliber talent and build a robust pipeline.
