Qualifications

• Extensive track record recruiting software engineers in agency, executive-search, or high-growth startup environments.
• Strong ability to distinguish between senior- and staff-level engineering scope and explain assessments in concrete technical terms.
• Experience developing targeted sourcing strategies rather than relying on high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle searches for senior and staff-level software engineers at competitive, well-funded technology companies.
• Lead intake conversations to produce a clear search strategy and candidate scorecard.
• Manage candidate processes, compensation alignment, offers, and closings.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and stay current on software development and AI trends.
