You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and manage offers within compensation guidelines while keeping ATS data accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in electronics manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments.
• Strong sourcing and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive outcomes.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
