Kelly Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Denver, CO. The position supports a high-visibility recruiting program focused on technical, manufacturing, engineering, and professional levels.

The role requires independently managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Initially remote for three months with potential extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, able to independently manage requisitions from intake through offer.
• Experience recruiting within electronics manufacturing, manufacturing, engineering, technical, industrial, or related environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategies, and drive outcomes.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates across technical, manufacturing, engineering, and professional roles.
• Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide market intelligence, recruiting insights, and candidate feedback to stakeholders.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer processes and negotiate within compensation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in ATS.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet hiring goals.
