Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support talent acquisition in a high-volume environment, covering customer support, sales, quality, and manufacturing. The role is embedded with the client and partners with hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hires.

The position offers flexibility to work hybrid—3 days per week in our Denver, CO office—or fully remote, with focus on delivering strong candidate experience and timely offers across multiple requisitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite, hybrid, or remote with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple requisitions, managing pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and onsite stakeholders to align on needs and strategy.
• Coordinate and lead interview processes, including scheduling and candidate communications.
• Drive efficient hiring processes with focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Manage offer processes and support negotiations within compensation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate tracking of candidates and requisitions within ATS systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
