Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting for customer support, sales, quality, or manufacturing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers and onsite stakeholders on needs and timelines.
• Coordinate and lead interview processes and candidate communications.
• Drive efficient hiring with focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Manage offers and negotiations within compensation guidelines.
• Maintain tracking of candidates in ATS.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
