Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support a high-volume technical recruiting program focused on attracting and hiring top IT and engineering talent.

The role blends strategic sourcing with full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and hire software and robotics engineers and other technical professionals, while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Our Senior Recruiter is a key contributor supporting a high-volume technical recruiting program focused on attracting and hiring top IT and engineering talent. This role combines strategic sourcing and full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, partnering closely with hiring leaders to identify, engage, and hire highly skilled technical professionals.

The Senior Recruiter will support complex technical hiring initiatives across software engineering, robotics engineering, and emerging technology disciplines. Success in this role requires strong sourcing capabilities, sound recruiting judgment, and the ability to effectively manage multiple technical requisitions while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Recruiter is accountable for

• Managing full-cycle recruiting activities for technical and IT positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Building and maintaining pipelines of active and passive technical talent utilizing creative sourcing strategies and recruiting technologies.
• Recruiting for highly specialized positions, including Software Engineers, Robotics Engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Conducting candidate screenings and evaluating technical talent against business requirements.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Presenting qualified candidates and facilitating interview processes.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintaining consistent candidate engagement and delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Providing recruiting updates, talent market intelligence, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Managing multiple technical requisitions while maintaining quality, speed, and responsiveness.
• Maintaining accurate candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• 3+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical and technology-focused positions.
• Strong sourcing experience with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through offer.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineers, Robotics Engineers, and other technical talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Ability to assess technical talent and align candidates with business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to support U.S. business hours.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting technology-focused organizations.
• Exposure to engineering, software development, AI, robotics, digital twin, or emerging technology recruiting.
• Technical education or professional technical background.
• Experience supporting highly specialized technical hiring initiatives.

Experience working within engineering, technology, or innovation-driven environments.

Compensation – Review Requirements (Pay Transparency)

Base compensation range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and hiring manager decision.

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and business needs.
