BILL is a rapidly growing fintech company hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for Engineering and Data Science. You will leverage AI tools and automated workflows to source, assess, and close top talent, partnering with hiring managers to raise the bar and improve time-to-fill.

You will drive candidate engagement, manage offers, and ensure data integrity across Greenhouse while advocating BILL's mission and culture to diverse candidates across the United States.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience within technical domains such as Engineering or Data Science.
• Experience closing high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels.

Responsabilidades

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and campaigns to engage passive talent.
• Design AI-assisted and automated recruiting workflows to save time.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and influence decisions.
• Lead competency-based evaluations and ensure well-documented hiring decisions.
• Analyze funnel data to diagnose bottlenecks and improve speed and quality.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and own offer strategy.
