Bill.com is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Data Science teams. You will use AI tools and automated workflows to streamline sourcing, assessment, and candidate communications, partnering with hiring managers to raise bar and close top talent.

You will own offer discussions, drive a high-touch candidate experience, and ensure data integrity in Greenhouse while supporting a remote-first culture with optional in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in technical domains.
• Experience closing high-quality talent quickly.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and diverse channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns to engage top talent.
• Design and maintain AI-assisted and automated recruiting workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to calibrate profiles and influence decisions.
• Lead structured, competency-based evaluations for consistent hiring decisions.
• Analyze funnel and recruiting data to diagnose bottlenecks and improve speed and quality of hire.
