The role is onsite in Garden Grove, CA, four days a week and involves owning the full-cycle process for technical roles, from sourcing to closing, with close collaboration to define requirements, scorecards, and search plans.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in technical recruitment, proficiency with Greenhouse, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions, optimize interview processes,

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving full-life-cycle recruitment, with emphasis on technical/engineering roles.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate relationship building to accelerate hiring.
• Experience with ATS and modern sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to close.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans.
• Conduct initial technical assessments and ensure candidate fit and cultural alignment.
