Job summary

Harbinger Motors is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering and manufacturing teams. As a recruiter you will own the full-cycle recruiting process, leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract and close the elite technical talent critical to our mission.

This person would be onsite in our Garden Grove, CA office 4 days a week. The ideal candidate has 3+ years driving full-life-cycle recruitment, with a heavy emphasis on technical and engineering roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving full-life-cycle recruitment, with emphasis on technical/engineering roles.
• Proactive sourcing—identify passive talent and accelerate hiring.
• Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and digital sourcing platforms.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple requisitions without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: actively hunt for premier technical professionals using headhunting, networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Stakeholder Alignment: work with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements and search plans.
• Assessment & Vetting: conduct initial technical interviews focusing on skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
• Process Optimization: design structured interview panels and optimize scheduling for multiple teams.
• Candidate Advocacy: be the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt feedback and a strong candidate experience.
• Metrics & ATS Management: monitor time-to-hire, conversion rates, and ROI to improve hiring workflows.
